Scleral lenses for keratoconus
Yesterday i learned that my vision abnormalities are due to an irregular astigmatism caused by keratoconus. We're going to try the scleral lenses and monitor it before doing the cross linking. My only healthcare is original Medicare, and I'm very low income. How many brands make the lenses, and how would one afford them more easily?
(Looked at a similar Ask and answers don't apply.)

Where to get Supa Strikas physical comics in the US?
My kids have found the kids football (soccer) animated series Supa Strikas on Prime. It’s a great show with positive messaging. I believe it’s also one of the largest distributed comics in the world, yet I don’t seem to be able to find it anywhere in the US in physical form (digital yes on Kindle Prime). [more inside]

मुंबई अभी दूर है
I just saw Gully Boy and I loved it! Please recommend more excellent Bollywood (Hindi) movies that (1) Are new (last five years or so) (2) Have singing and dancing (3) Feature working-class or middle-class people living semi-realistic lives, not fabulously wealthy folks. Thanks!

Healthcare consulting help for a small retirement community?
My wife works in a small but well-funded private health care/retirement community in Houston, Texas. She wants to hire a consultant or firm to help her figure out optimal staffing for her medical team of RNs and CNAs. Does anyone have a recommendation? I don't think they have to be local to Houston, but it would help.

If you do not have first hand knowledge, please refrain from commenting.
Thank you!

Searching for a short story about identical twins on a train
Probably around 10 years ago I read a short story about a pair of identical twins. The bulk of the story took place with the twins traveling together on a train. One of them falls asleep, and ends up meeting someone (?) and abandoning her twin. I think that maybe the person they met claimed to have some sort of opportunity that only one person could take, but I'm not positive of that. I'd like to read it again, but I have no idea what it's called — anyone know? [more inside]
Project guides or tips for e-commerce re-platforming?
Ah, teh interwebs... we have selected a new vendor to move our e-commerce platform (global, terrible UX), but checking for guides and tips only results in pitches and ads. Are there web sites or resources-- even print-- that would be good to use as we step from one platform to another? [more inside]

What is your experience with Megaphone podcast hosting?
A podcast I'm working with is considering an arrangement that would in part involve moving podcast hosting from LibSyn to Megaphone. Are you a podcast producer or publisher who has experience with Megaphone? Do you use the automatic ad insertion? What are those ads like? How do they sound in your show? How have your listeners responded? What else can you tell me about your experience with Megaphone? Thanks!
