What is your experience with Megaphone podcast hosting?

A podcast I'm working with is considering an arrangement that would in part involve moving podcast hosting from LibSyn to Megaphone. Are you a podcast producer or publisher who has experience with Megaphone? Do you use the automatic ad insertion? What are those ads like? How do they sound in your show? How have your listeners responded? What else can you tell me about your experience with Megaphone? Thanks!
