I've lived in Boston for several years and would love to stay if it were not for the fact that I need to live alone for my mental health but only make 40k annually. I have heard from several friends that Providence is like a "mini Boston" with cheaper rent and I'm strongly considering moving. I'm landing at TF Green (PVD) on a Saturday at 9AM. I'd assumed the MBTA Commuter Rail would run from TF Green to Providence ... turns out, yeah, but not on Saturdays! So, what's the next best/cheapest way for someone fresh off the red-eye on a Saturday morning to get from TF Green to Providence Station? Thanks! My beloved and I are heading to Providence tomorrow for a day trip. How big is the RISD museum? Is it a 1 1/2 hour museum or a day-long museum? For comparison, we're pretty familiar with the Boston MFA or the Gardner or the Frick.
