Part of my current job involves manipulating a large amount of data. I need to learn how to do this more efficiently and on a larger scale. What should I use? What should I learn? What is the best (free) way to teach myself?

IrreligionFilter: When I was around 12 I was baptised and confirmed into the Church of England. I no longer consider myself as theist. What are my options for formally renouncing my religious past (apostatising)?

Im looking to getting a fixie bike... How does this bike stack up against the rest of them? I really like the look of fixies, and I love the idea of the connection to the road, and the fact that they hardly break (cause i break everything)... This bike is about 25 lbs... Is that alot for a $500 bike? Please just give me all the information/tips you can! Thanks!

How difficult is it to get a replacement from Staples using their protection plan? There's nothing wrong with the item in question, but I'd like to sell it and if I can replace it for a new one I imagine I could get more for it. Also, is there any way to transfer the plan to a buyer since there's still over a year on it?

I had unprotected sex and performed cunnilingus. I'm uninsured. I'm asymptomatic. Where and what type of STD testing should I look for? Also, if I test clean then what is the chance that that she too is/was clean? The primary question is where can I get a general panel of STD testing cheaply (or free) given that I am currently uninsured because I'm (hopefully temporarily) unemployed. Barring other options, how much should I expect to spend at my general doctor for the proper tests? Is that worth it given my situation below?

I need some help with an exercise plan that will work with a bulging disk in my lower back. Ideally, it would be about 3-4 days a week in the gym, plus cardio. I’d like to incorporate lots of compound lifts but there are a few hitches in that plan due to the injury… details inside.

After ten years of constantly losing my wedding ring for hours to days, I think it's finally gone, so I need to get a new one. I want simple, unadorned hoop of some non-reactive metal (platinum?), but the real question is: where is the best place to get a no-nonsense ring at a good price? Local jeweler? Online? Anything but a mall Zales outlet?

How can I get a bladder catheter "installed?" I'm a male who has never been catheterized. I'd like to experience this on my own terms rather than waiting for something like a car crash. I guess it's a bit of a kink, but I really would like to hire a nurse or similar to "install" one for me one day. How do I best approach getting this accomplished? I'd like to simply make an appointment with a medical professional, but I don't believe anyone would help me. Short of dating a registered nurse, how can I accomplish this? I realize it may hurt or otherwise involve pain, but I'd rather experience that as I am when I have this done. I figure there will be enough pain if I am ever injured. Many thanks for your thoughts and suggestions. Feel free to contact me at: this_is_my_home@yahoo.com

I'm primarily an art director and I manage the look and feel of both online and offline assets for my company, in addition to creating original art for print + web, doing user experience design, and managing our art asset library. However, I'm also going to manage the online marketing (email newsletters, ads, and the like) and social media (blogging, Twittering, etc.) My boss and I are trying to think of what my new job title should be. Any suggestions? Art Director + Social Media Manager is too long. Director of Online Marketing & Design?
