Starting to think about actually getting outside and enjoying the world now that the polar vortices have left the upper Midwest for a while. Thinking of heading to Bayfield, WI in August; I'd love to get recommendations from people who know of good places to stay in or near Bayfield. Hotels, cabins, resorts, whatever, as long as it's rad. My mom and I both really like water parks, and are from the East Coast. Therefore we've never been to Wisconsin Dells, we'd like to go, and know nothing about it except that there's water parks. We'd like to go there for a few days this June - driving up from Chicago on a Wednesday and driving back home on Friday. Any advice you can give is welcomed. [more inside]

The Hubs and I are driving to Milwaukee today to watch the Brewer's game at 1pm. I'm told it will be done by 4:30. After that we want to hang out in Milwaukee a bit and have dinner before driving back to Chicago. Neither of us know all that much about Milwaukee besides where the baseball stadium is.
