Russian hair salon in NJ?

I have a Russian relative looking for a nice hair salon with Russian-speaking stylists. She lives in northeastern NJ. Any suggestions?

Fair Lawn in Bergen County has a big Russian population and probably has several places that might qualify. According to my coworker (who's of Russian heritage and from Bergen County), you could try Vlad's Hair Studio. There's also Salon Pavel in Tenafly.
