How do I find BBC show about African music and taxation?

I recently heard part of a show which was about tax consolidation in Africa so that a music business could pay through one national system rather than many. This was a BBC show broadcast through WHYY (NPR), and I didn't catch the title. What's an efficient way to search the BBC? Does anyone know of the particular show?

The BBC programs that WHYY runs are part of the BBC World Service, which posts a schedule for the past month. If the segment was broadcast some time in January, and you can narrow down the date & time at all, you might be able to find it there.

It's also possible that it was part of the BBC Newshour. (I believe the 14:00 weekday airing is the one broadcast on WHYY in the mornings.) Again, if you can narrow down the date, you could look at the descriptions of past programs. (The titles of the episodes are just the "lead stories"; if you click through and hit "show more" on the episode description, you can see blurbs about the other stories on that particular airing.)

Note that all times listed there are GMT; to go from EST to GMT, add 5 hours.

Response by poster: Thank you. That should be helpful. It's also possible that sometimes a broadcast show doesn't get put online for a day or two.
