What is this song?

I’m trying to remember the name and singer of a song that was popular in the US between 2011 and 2016, probably on the earlier end. It was slow-ish and had a line that may have been “I look at you and I’m home” or maybe “you look at me and I’m home” but definitely included the phrase “and I’m home.” I think but am not sure that the singer was female. Thanks!
