What is the music video/short film with CGI/animated choreographed cars?

What is the music video/short film I have stuck in my head? It was CGI/animated, maybe black and white or sepia toned, with a lot of car choreography, sort of like RUSH HOUR by Black Sheep Films (https://vimeo.com/106226560). It may have been about electric vs. gas cars.

Best answer: I _think_ you are remembering a New Zealand music video from the mid 2000s by some downbeat electronica band, the name of which escapes me. Very desaturated CGI cars bumbling around intersections and stunt tracks. I am at work and cannot do a deep search but hopefully that twigs a memory for somebody.
