The professional stuff for chrome nail colouring

There's a small (tiny?) tub of the thing in question at nail salons that makes a nail colour chrome/ metallic that's applied prior to the top coat. What is this stuff and where can I purchase it?

Best answer: Lots of smaller business have chrome powders, if you don't want to support a behemoth like OPI:

Also look for references to "holo" wherever you get your nail supplies, as that's also likely a chrome powder.
