Looking for an animated French music video and song from a few years back

What is the name of that French song from maybe five years back which had an animated music video of a little girl running through the pastures and playing? After a certain time, she stops playing, and she exits what turns out to be a big stage. A line of children are waiting their turn to enter the stage and play.
I am pretty sure there was a link to it on Metafilter too back then. It seemed to paint a gloomy picture of the future.
