Woman feeling need to ejaculate

I have a gyno appt in a few weeks, and you are not my doctor. Still I want to see if other women here have experienced strong urges to squirt almost daily and felt a great sense of pressure relieved after. More inside. Throwaway email: abunchofdandelions@mail.com
I’m a single 40 yo female, not frequently sexually active. I have a Mirena IUD.
I have a few medical conditions and meds for them, but none of that has changed for months.
So I don’t know why I feel like I have to squirt lately—past month or so. It has nothing to do with wanting to orgasm. When I masturbate with a vibrator, it happens almost instantaneously and there’s a lot of liquid. I don’t feel like I’m having the usual clitoral orgasms. Right afterwards I feel relieved, like pressure is off.
I’m mostly concerned bc this is a change and my body really intensely seems to need it. I don’t have any urinary problems that I know of. I’m not ashamed of this but it’s a big change and also really uncomfortable/distracting.
Again I will ask my new gyno soon but was hoping to hear if other women have experienced this. My throwaway email is abunchofdandelions@mail.com.

Worst comes to worst, your gyno can drain or remove the cyst.
