Looking for a French music video from the late 2000s.

I'm looking for a music video that was released in the late 2000s, in French, and was in black and white (or some sort of sepia) and was a long shot of graffiti that moved along a wall in which people occasionally walked in an interacted with. It might not have been French (as in from France), but maybe Belgium or Canadian? Very thick accents. Alt-rock, starts off with a guitar riff, includes the lyrics "très bizarre." Help?

Other details I remember: The guy at the beginning is playing the guitar and he either hits the wall or kicks the wall to start the graffiti. There's another shot of cute little creatures with bat wings that are prancing around and a shot of a woman with big angel wings that flap behind her.

Response by poster: @Morpeth Nope, not that one. Mine was entirely in French.

Out of curiosity, which lyrics are you hearing as "très bizarre"? As far as I can tell, those specific words aren't actually used in the song.

Response by poster: @johnny assay I was thinking about that later and I don't exactly know where that idea came from! Incidentally as soon as I started to play the song all the lyrics instantly came back to my memory. Mind is a funny, dumb thing.
