What was it called?

Hi! First post and I'm not sure if this is the right place for it but this is driving me crazy. I'm trying to find a music video from a few years ago. I can't remember the name of the artist or the song. There's a guy in it and he runs around New York tagging his name all over the place and there's a chase scene set in a revolving door. He steals stuff from everyone. A glove, a flower. I think he gives the flower to a homeless guy. He has curly hair and he's wearing a scarf over his mouth at the beginning. He meditates in Central Park and levitates for a little while and then he goes back to running around.
