Pepsi Blue in E Sharp: Help me find this Citibank mortgage jingle!

There's a radio ad jingle from the late '80s/early '90s for Citibank stuck in my head and hearing this terrible garbage is the only way I'll get it out or go crazy. Problem: it's seemingly unGoogleable thanks to the only lyrics: "You'll pay no points or closing fees on a Citibank home equity loan." Help?

This is from a series of ads making fun of jingles that played on Chicago radio in the late '80s/early '90s back before Citibank was just Citi.

I think they were only on the radio.

The first ad featured an ad copywriter pitching the idea of a jingle with the terrible, flat lyrics that are straight out of the creative brief to an incredulous coworker/boss.

A later ad featured bombastic covers of it, including an opera singer as if it had caught on.

The ads repeated the jingle quite a few times.

Google/YouTube/all the usual suspects for the detritus of pop culture have failed me. But maybe my Googlefu is just bad.

I remember this! (and now I have an ear worm of the jingle stuck in my head) I'm pretty sure that was A Dick Orkin commercial, but my little bit of googling didn't turn anything up....

This sounds a lot like the Washington Mutual radio ads with Al Franken -- the entire theme was making fun of jingles, there was a bombastic heavy metal version ("hold on to your socks, cause Washington Mutual rocks!") and I think they mentioned other competing banks by name in some of them? I could be misremembering some of this but HTH!
