Conveneint cart

Looking for a light, compact, and mobile utility cart that can be carried up a couple of flights of stairs.

I bought this a few years ago from Lowes. Keter calls it the Tool & Go. I would love to buy the same cart again. It is no longer available in the States as far as I can tell. The closet alternative I could find is this garden cart. However, it is a bit too wide and bulky. Also it does not have compartments like the Keter.

I'm looking for help finding this very same cart (preferably in the NY/NJ/CT Area) or a good alternative. I'd also be happy to diy something if you have any ideas. The most desired features are the ability to carry up stairs with one hand, wheeled mobility, compartments for small items, and having a large deeper section for bulky items.

Harbor Freight has a few possibilities if you don't mind soft sided containers.

This, maybe? Looks bulky though.

Looked through my usual sites, nada.
The closest I can think is getting a light cart + bucket + BucketBoss type organizer.
