Travel insurance for Greece?

I'm thinking about going on a Greek cruise and need advice about travel insurance, given the turmoil happening there now.

I normally don't opt for additional insurance when I travel, since the credit card I use to purchase tickets already provides some protection. But since I've seen general strikes and even riots in recent news coverage of Greece, I'm concerned it might affect my trip. After all, what fun is a port call if everything is closed or people are battling in the streets?

It looks like neither my credit card's travel protection nor the cruise line's optional travel insurance would cover these events. Is there any travel insurance that would? Or better still, would allow me to cancel or reschedule my trip if it seems likely to me they're going to occur?

Do you have a travel agent? They would surely have an answer.
