Where are the good, exciting online fetishwear sites?
*shrug*
I guess if I'm looking for any particular thing, it's just the unusual and the versatile. From lingerie to outerwear to accessories - what's striking, creative, and hip?

Best answer: Northbound Leather
Madame S. for the ladies or Mr. S for the men (also features vast amounts of kinky toys.)

Best answer: For corsets, there's always Dark Garden. Not cheap, but very worth it. Another San Francisco legend is Stormy Leather, but I can't say I've bought anything from them.

Best answer: Artifice clothing in Canada is reasonable, and will make any garment to your specs, including your own measurements and height requirements. I've had several outfits made there cheaply. They will also modify your own clothes!
If you would like a great directory that's updated regularly with reviews and so forth, my suggestion is the Chateau Bizarre site tags with latex + rubber.
You will also be able to search Chateau Bizarre by tags like J-pop, playa, corsetry, goth, Victorian, etc. I can't recommend this directory enough for looking through sites that are not as well-known and are both eccentric and fun.
All the sites I would recommend to you are there anyway, but I wanted to point out Artifice's ability to make garments EXACTLY to your specs for under $200, including shipping.

Best answer: I think Unicorn on the cob wins the thread (because I suddenly very badly need to part with my money), so I'll just throw in that I get fetishy shoes and stompy boots at howcool.com.

Best answer: Stockroom.com
Medicaltoys.com
Syren.com
Polymorphe.com
Of those, Syren is the most couture. I recommend Stockroom and Medical Toys mostly for accessorizing, though they have some nice pieces. Polymorphe's website seems weirdly old, but they're still putting out new outfits, and do a lot of custom work.
I guess it depends on how much you want sex wear and how much you want things that you can wear out and how much you want weird shit—like, Silly Billy's not really good for sex wear or for wearing out, but he (they? who knows?) make crazy garments that work in a high fashion sense. I can also ask the art director and editor at Taboo and see what they have to say about couture.

Yeah, the editor just says Syren if you're planning on wearing it out anywhere. They also do custom work that's pretty stunning.

Best answer: Lip Service. (They also do a lot of hipster, punk, goth, etc. So you might have to browse)

Best answer: Delicia and Breathless are British companies that sell some beautiful/unique latex clothing. They make me mourn the exchange rate.
For corsets, try Deadlygirlz, Corset Connection, or Fairy Gothmother.

Best answer: Atsuko Kudo is getting a lot of buzz for their couture latex wear - their gloves and chokers are my personal favourite.
