Canadian Song Dumping on Every Canadian City

Probably from the late 80s / early 90s? The small fragment I have misremembered is "I don't like [city A] and [city B]'s too cold / Winnipeg sucks, Winnipeg sucks"

They go on to hate pretty much everywewhere in Canada, with maybe an extra spicy jab at Toronto at the end? My search skills do not seem up to this one.
