What Spanish-language song did I hear yesterday at Don Pablo's?

Try to identify the Spanish-language song I heard yesterday at Don Pablo's, a Tex-Mex chain restaurant. I'll list everything I remember about it.
- The word "corazon" ("heart") featured prominently in the lyrics, and was repeated multiple times.
- Something about the song's rhythm and chord progression made me want to sing "I'm Too Sexy" by Right Said Fred.
- The lead singer sounded like Sting. Uncannily like Sting. If the song hadn't been in Spanish, I would have guessed it was Sting.
Any clues?

I'm sorry that I can't answer your question, but I'd still like to point out that there is a Spanish version of I'm Too sexy. I'd also like to point out that it was the b-side to the casette single, and I used to sing it as a kid of 7 or 8, and that it formed the basis of most of my spanish vocabulary for many years hence.

Response by poster: Can you describe more about the genre? Was it top-40 or traditional-sounding? Do you think it was recent?
Sorry. It was definitely a pop song. It might have been recent, but I couldn't say for sure.

I always think the band Mana sounds like Sting. There's Corazon Espinado, but I don't know enough about chord progressions to say if it matches the song you named.

Best answer: I think the lead singer of Maná sounds a lot like Sting, and they're popular enough that you'd hear them at a chain tex-mex restaurant. Not really hearing the "I'm Too Sexy" but it may be a lead?
