Name this tune from a Commodore 64 game

Please help me name this tune. It was featured in "Summer Games" for the Commodore 64, but it's not the Olympic theme song nor a national anthem (or is it?).

I'm pretty sure it's a Scottish traditional called 'Redwing'.

Best answer: It's by the composer Mouret, and is better known as the theme from PBS' Masterpiece Theatre.
