I need some Dublin pointers. I'll be there for a short stay, and since I'm going over on St. Patricks day (as well as my birthday), there will be no historical touring for me. So, I'd love to know about any unique Dublin sites (for instance the torture museum in Amsterdam), including any day trips - bonus points if any of these include drag queens! [more inside]

American traveller just landed in Dublin. Airline seat caused back pain. Traveller needs ibuprofen or Advil. How do we find this? It's Sunday afternoon. All we can find is panadol. Is there a way to get ibuprofen over the counter? Or even get it delivered? Our location is near = Inchicore Rd near the Kilmainham Gaol.

Posted my daughter her excess luggage by Parcelforce (UK to Ireland) when she went back to uni (UCD) last week. Now there's no trace of the suitcase although it is logged as having been received in Dublin. It's now one week behind schedule, and An Phost's customer service is completely useless (didn't ring back as promised, hung up/disconnected, can't get through with 15 minutes waiting, etc.). Registered a complaint with Parcelforce who are working on it, without a result to date. Is this par for the course? Helllllllllllp!
