Please help to identify song

Looking for a title of British rock song about how new music sucks...
Barely remember the lyrics, but the song alternated between talking an a hook that was sung. The gist of the song is about how new music sucks. I think at one point the lyrics are something like "Radiohead is not the best band in the world, Oasis is not the best band in the world..." The singer was definitely British. It's a really sarcastic tune. I don't think it's a new song but I heard it a couple of months ago and haven't been able to find on anything on teh internets. Help hivemind, you're my only hope!
