New to Pittsburgh, need help with health stuff

Just moved to Pittsburgh a couple months ago and don’t really know anyone—or the city. Doing a great job but I’m hoping someone can help me figure out where to start with ketamine or other things that could quickly bring relief from severe (fibro) pain and worsening depression. I do NOT need anyone asking if I’ve tried yoga.
My depression and pain are both terrible and I’d love to find a treatment that helps both, like ketamine.
I’m still on old meds from previous Dr, I have a therapist here, and I have an upcoming appt with a psychiatrist.
What I’m asking is for Pittsburgh-specific recommendation for things like ketamine therapy or so
Me other new thing I don’t know about. I will not do home ketamine.
I am on Medicare and applying for Medicaid. I’m on SSDI and have no budget but could get help from family.
People here are really nice , but nobody seems to have insight into this. even after talking to NAMI a few times, I’m not getting the guidance I need. If anyone here is in Pittsburgh and has experience in alll this, I’d love to hear your input.

I've heard good things about the Nexus Group as well.
Western Psychiatric has a nasal ketamine program if that might suit your needs.
