Looking for dream boots

Looking for a classy/everyday black or dark brown leather boot, low heel, mid-to-high-calf shaft. Challenge: women's size 13-ish, and fitted.

Trying to find a boot that'll fit me and match my needs. Mostly for everyday wear, but ideally clean enough design to wear to something fancy-ish under a long skirt or dress. Most of the size 13s I've found don't have any kind of fitting around the calf -- I need either a stretch panel or straps I can tighten down to get a good fit.

I live in a city that's often cold and/or rainy, and I plan to keep these for 10+ years, so something leather that I can resole/repair is ideal. Heel should be 0.5 to 1.5 inches, shaft around 12-ish inches. For reference, I like these Rothys and these Marcellas.

For fit comparison, I have a pair of Blundstones that fit like a glove when I put them on the first time, and some lace-up Keens that are likewise wonderful.

I'm not going to say that price is no object, but for something that will last, many hundreds is totally fine.

I have also had good luck with Duo Boots fitting my chonky calves.

Custom boots might interest you. I have two pairs of custom boots, both are White's ordered through Baker's. Because they're custom both the foot size and the calf size are not a problem. I have 10" tall boots that lace up and they fit beautifully around my large calves (I've never found an off-the-rack boot that fits). Something like a Wesco Boss seems similar to your links. Not cheap, but fully repairable, every stitch.
