App/Website to Manage Credentials?

Does this exist? I have several professional certifications/licensures, etc, and they all require different amounts of CEUs on a different yearly cycle. Is there an app or website that can tell me, on a monthly basis, how many hours of CEUs I need for which credential?

I just want to be told how many hours of continuing ed I need on a regular basis, in order to be on track for completing my required hours by the time of the next renewal cycle. Like, I enter my credentials and CEU requirements, then at the beginning of January, it would say, "you need 2 hours of CEUs for Credential X and 4 hours of CEUs for Credential Y." And then I could enter how many I did, and it would adjust the numbers for the next month.

This sort of thing tends to be too easy to have "out of sight, out of mind" until it's time to renew and I'm scrambling to do enough hours in time. I want to outsource the thinking/reminders and just have something to keep me on track. So does this sort of thing exist?

If I needed to do this I would probably start out by trying to code something up in Excel, but to be honest I can't think of a non-clunky way to do it.

Does this help (paid, but 30-day free trial)? I'm a little surprised there's not an app for this, given how many people have to track PD in much the same way.
