How to get phone call records from Cricket Wireless

My auto insurance company (in the US) is asking me to provide my phone call records (a list of all phone calls made, their dates, times, and phone numbers) for the last month as part of an insurance claim. My cell phone carrier is Cricket. They seem to have no idea how to do this or whether it can even be done. There’s a lot of money riding on this. Halp?
I’ve talked to customer service, who generally has no idea what I’m talking about, and their command of English is not great. I tried to escalate to their manager but it didn’t really work. They told me to contact AT&T. AT&T said there’s no way they have any records because I’m not their customer. I called several Cricket store managers and they did not know. Several of them told me “we are just a reseller, we don’t keep records,” which I think is wrong as my understanding is it’s legally required. One of the managers told me to just talk to the police. I walked into a physical store and the person there told me to call Cricket headquarters in Atlanta. I’m not sure what that would accomplish.
Have you ever done this successfully? How do I get a real answer here?

Response by poster: I’ve clicked everywhere in my online account. There is no option for self-service records that I could find, unless maybe someone has personally been able to do this.

>>In order to get the phone records for your service, you will need to send us a subpoena asking for the call records. You can fax it over to (888) 938-4715 or call our center for records at 1-800-635-6840.

NOTE: This is actually AT&T's "Legal Compliance Center" contact info. That's ALL THEY DO, answering subpoenas and such.

Can you access your most recent bill online? On Sprint/T-Mobile, if I look at my current or past bills, there's an option there to view call & text logs for each line, for that period. There's even a download link for each report.

Response by poster: I've confirmed that a subpoena is necessary.
How do I get a subpoena? I've called the county courthouse and they said there must be an open court case for them to proceed, but there is no court case here.

Your lawyer should be able to take care of that. In fact, I'm surprised he needs your help for this.

If you don't have one, your insurance should have already assigned one to your case. Remember, they have whole TEAMS of attorneys on retainer. Only takes him/her and his/her paralegal a few minutes to get a subpoena out instead of you calling all over the place.

Response by poster: My auto insurance company dropped the phone call records requirement because they didn’t want to deal with getting a subpoena. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I did also finally get some useful answers by emailing AT&T’s Global Legal Demand Center at gldc@att.com. That email was recommended by the recording at the second phone number in kschang’s answer. Thanks for your help, everyone!

Edited to add the link to cricket wireless. Under the 'my account' tab there are options for 'usage' and 'billing history' that sound promising.
Good luck!
