Best catering in LA?

I have an event in LA where we need the best tacos (our first choice) to be catered for an event in Downtown LA. Can you suggest ideas from personal experience?
Details:
- 70 people
- ~ half vegetarian, half meat eaters
- Awesome desserts
I imagine the size is too small for a food truck, but do you have ideas for crowd pleasers that can either drop off food or also have it served for us? Date of event is late May. We have an large budget so that is not a constraint.

Took the words right out of my mouth!
Extra points for Border Grill if they will make their pomegranate lemonade.

No taco recs, but I've been to events with desserts brought in from Porto's and I remember those functions fondly.

There's a FB group called LA Party Mamas where you can find any kind of vendor you want. We've certainly had a taco person come in and set up their grill for our outdoor event for about 50-60 people. Even if you hire a truck, you could do a deal where it's a flat rate, not a pp rate.
I didn't have a suggestion for desserts but now that it's been mentioned I heartily second Porto's.

Seconding Guisados, but if I were you I'd see if I could work something out with El Flamin' Taco.
