Mixtapecrossing?

A recent question here served to introduce me to Postcrossing, the online service that facilitates postcard mailings between strangers all over the world.
Does the same thing exist for sharing "mixtapes" all over the world? Or would that get a cease-and-desist from the get-go?
There used to be MeFiSwap, about twice a year? I miss MeFiSwap.

Best answer: I loved MeFiSwap so much I started my own annual swap among friends and friends-of-friends a few years ago, including a MeFite here and there. It waxes and wanes but has had as many as 30 people and as few as 5 play along in any given year, depending on how busy people are. The enswappening usually gets kicked off in the fall with a theme, constraint, or just invitation. Shoot me a memail if you want to join.
