I'm getting sewing labels printed so I can proudly brand my work. Anything from dresses and shirts to curtains and baby bibs. What should I call it? And which company should I use?
I'm thinking of using a woven folded label, from a company like this. I will sew it into my shirts, skirts and dresses, as well as my curtains and anything baby-related. So the name has to fit both worlds, but primarily the clothing I think. Clothing style is work-chic, fitted with darts and nice finished seams. This is not going public although some gifts may go to friends and in my daydreams this becomes a side biz, so it has to be a name I'm proud of juuuust in case.
For some in-jokes a play on the day "Tuesday" speaks to me; I like the alliteration of "Finished by Friday" but the best I came up with is "Done by Tuesday"
I also like the idea of it being a snappy phrase instead of something dreary like "St. P Designs"
Other ideas were
say yes
mother of pearl
unlimited
threadbare
tarnished reputation (wouldn't work for baby curtains tho)
cursed by taste
crushed
I think you get the idea. Also if you have any recommendations about which company to go with when creating my labels that would be great too! or visual ideas on how the label should look.
So I thought I'd throw it out there and see what the wordsmiths at the hivemind come up with! Thanks and happy new year everyone :)

Oh, I really like that. Or even shorten it to just Tuesday Grace.

Some play on Ruby Tuesday, maybe? Seems you're okay with puns...

Best answer: Please make it search unique so people have a chance of finding you on Google and Etsy. "Mother of Pearl" is utterly hopeless. Tuesday Grace is much better!

Best answer: You like alliteration, so maybe Till Tuesday.
There was a band by the same name in the 80s, but they only used one l.
If you turn this into a business, then till has the double meaning of a place to store money, like the drawer of a cash register.

I love Tuesday Grace, but am wondering if it's too long for a label in that printing would make it too small?

Best answer: Dilettante took the words right out of my mouth. Tailored by Tuesday. "tailored by" in a smaller, print font in the upper left, overlapping a bit a big, ornate "Tuesday" that's centered on the tag. For some reason I see it in light grey or silver on black, but if you're using the same tag on baby clothes too I think a medium grey on off-white would look great too.
Not sure why I have so much to say about this.

Response by poster: You guys are awesome, thank you! I'm seeing something like:
Tuesday's child
Mardi grace (like Mardi Gras)
Next Tuesday (from see you next Tuesday, cos I'm classy like that)
Tailored by Tuesday
Now I just need to decide... Thanks so much!

Best answer: Well, from your short list, I go back to the search issue. Tuesday's Child and Next Tuesday are common parlance and not good choices. Mardi Grace is a common name combination. I'd use Tailored by Tuesday.
