Ipad video recovery

6 year old deleted an important video from an ipad that had not been backed up. The video is not on icloud and the ipad doesn't have a "recently deleted" album. Free software options couldn't find it. I would pay a lot of money to get this video back. Is there software that's considered better than the rest?
I am in no way an iOS guy at this date, but the hard, fast rule in data recovery is don't write anything to the drive you need the recovered data from. Shut it down, shut it down now.

If this is important to you, you need to consult a professional that does iOS forensics, and even then the answer is likely that you're out of luck. If you want to go this route, you need to stop using the device and keep it turned off until you get a chance to talk with a professional and see if the price they will charge is worth it to you. As far as I know, they will need to try to image the entire device and see if the file is recoverable. The more you use it, the greater the chance that parts of the disk containing what you need to recover will get wiped out.
Part of whether this will be recoverable is how recent the iPad is - newer versions encrypt the drive.
