The quintessential image of Web hypnosis

Looking for an image to include in a lecture I'm giving next week that conveys the physically isolated, immersive experience of being jacked into the Internet, staring deeply into a computer screen, preferably lit with ambient Web glow.

Response by poster: Rothko, spooksie, suni--thanks, I tried the usual stock photo suspects before I posted and couldn't find anything that really jumped out at me.

Matt, that's exactly the kind thing I was looking for, thank you.

btw, the image will be used to illustrate the difference between immersive/jacked-in uses of the PC-connected Internet and casual/lightweight uses of mobile phones, arguing that each is "advanced" but involve very diffferent social contexts and relationship to the physical world.

One of the /. tshirt entries seems somewhat appropriate, at least the one with the black background. [pdf]

I used this for something similar. Found on Stockexchange, IIRC.
