Robotic morning routines in tv/movies?

Automated/robotic morning wake-up from tv show or movie...

I'm trying to remember a tv show or movie with an automated morning routine where the character in question is having robots/machines brush his (I believe it was a male character) teeth, dress him, make breakfast, etc. I don't even remember whether it was animated or live-action. Any help? I'm fuzzy on pretty much all the details but can sort of clearly remember the toothbrushing part.

http://www.wallaceandgromit.com/, it's a plot point - in each animation Wallace's robotics become crazier.

Response by poster: Definitely not Pee-Wee. I don't think it was Wallace and Gromit. If it was animation, I don't think it was stop-motion. I'm leaning towards thinking it was live-action.

Does this list of robots in film and TV ring any bells?

From flipping through it, I am wondering if there was a scene like that in Batteries Not Included, or maybe Bicentennial Man?

Wall-E has a scene like this, where the captain is waking up and robots are hovering all around and grooming him.

The opening scene of Back to the Future shows Doc Brown's machines making coffee and burning toast.

And this list of Rube Goldberg machines in media might be helpful.

Casper, as in Casper the Friendly Ghost! The one with Christina Ricci. Casper's dad was a crazy inventor. The machine brushes his teeth, dresses him, makes eggs. Or used to, when he was alive. I checked on tvtropes-- it's called the up'n'at'em machine. Thank you for reminding me of this.
