Looking for a particular music video involving a woman in a kimono and a frog

I'm looking for a music video, late 1990s to early 2000s, involving a woman in a kimono with a CGI frog in the background (or a frog of some sort). I believe the artist or the song name was "Froggy Girls" or something to that effect.
It was a rather catchy tune in the eurodance or bubblegum pop style. The only lyric I can remember is something like "don't play with me boy you're not winning" repeated a few times before the chorus.
I've scoured google, youtube and bubblegumdancer.com and came up empty handed. This has been bugging me for weeks!
