How do I easily make a few bulk Twitter lists?

My organization has 193 Twitter accounts we'd like to organize in lists on our flagship account. I want to copy-and-paste in a flat text list of Twitter handles (one on each line) and then click a button to make a list containing all of those accounts. How can I do this?

I tend to use Excel for this sort of text list manipulation.
The function CONCATENATE() is what you're looking for, or its shorthand &.
Syntax would look something like this ="prefix "&A1&" suffix"
Then copy-and-pasteSpecial:values back into a textpad/notepad file.

I'm not sure if there's a tool that will do this automatically. I've used tweetbe.at and formulists for some speedier-than-website list management but they don't do exactly what you want. Twitter has an API that does all the things you can do on the website. I'm not a person who really knows how to interact with it, but many people do. If you look at the documentation there, list management seems to be something that it does, specifcally this command. You can use it to add 100 at a time. I get the feeling that this blog post explains how to do more with lists, but it's also a little outside of my wheelhouse.
