Repurposing your Facebook backup

It's now relatively easy to backup your Facebook account. I'm wondering if there are any apps or scripts that allow one to manipulate that data.

For example, a script that would convert archived status updates into a blog or export photos into a Flickr account.

Hmmm... maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but Wolfram Alpha's Facebook report can give you lots of info on your account (examples).

Response by poster: That Wolfram thing is pretty cool, regardless, thanks. I think I need to learn enough Python to manipulate or otherwise parse my FB data.

Response by poster: Social Safe is a new startup from Gordon Bell that looks like it might be useful, and will intelligently archive twitter and G+. The first sixty days are free. I discovered that the FB backup doesn't even store links that I posted to my status update.
