What pieces of clothing/accessories should a stylish man have in his wardrobe (possibly for the winter) that I don't have?

I'm taking an afternoon trip to SoHo this weekend, so I'll probably be able to find anything you suggest.

My closet contains:
business slacks (black, gray, khaki)
dress shirts
casual button down shirts
socks in all sorts of colors
undershirts, mostly gray and black
1-2 graphic tees
2-3 business polos
2-3 casual polos
shoes in black, brown, and sneaker
scarves
a gray peacoat (business) and a black jacket (casual)
2-3 pairs of well-fitting jeans (some might call them skinny jeans)
watches in black, brown and plastic red

If it helps, my body is probably shaped a bit like this guy's if he had bigger arms.

Pictures are super helpful.

I think I'm all set on business wear, but could use some help in the casual and "going out at night" realm. I usually like clothes that are more classy than flashy, but I'm willing to budge on that.

a blazer. one cool enough to be worn with t-shirt and jeans but also nice enough to wear with a tie. Black may be too formal. I have a gray one with a faint pattern that is pretty versatile.

Diversify your shoes. Get some hip boots or whatever else appeals.

Also, look at Details magazine for suave clothing ideas.

Sweaters! There are a variety of different styles in stores for men this year- different collar styles, cardigan style with buttons, etc.

Do you have nice, high-quality winter accessories? A good hat (not just something you got at the dollar store), leather gloves that fit properly, attractive scarves.

Replace your casual polo shirts with nice (read: not undershirt-looking, like the ones at AA) henleys.

Waterproof boots, perhaps lightly lined for winter? Or just a pair for fun -- I thought most of the ones in this thread were great.

Do you not need a suit? I don't see one listed, and a classic dark suit is a good fallback piece to have.

It is entirely possible that I'm terrifically boring, but I think a solid-colored tee with well-fitting jeans and attractive shoes is a pretty versatile look, and one that I like to see on a man when it's done with some attention to fit and quality. (Also a good place to start layering with a sweater, jacket, and/or scarf.)

Belts? Do you wear them? They can really make an outfit, as can a good hat. And don't forget sunglasses.

Blow your whole budget on a fantastic pair of boots - Alden Indy/405s, Wolverine 1000 Miles, or something similar. The boot guide and Fall wardrobe guide on Reddit's Male Fashion Advice subforum are really well done.

If you don't feel like buying boots, get something like Swims to protect your non-sneaker shoes.

A tweed blazer and a suede jacket. Sturdy all-weather foodwear that you can change out of for the office and also wear on weekends. Branch out into brighter colors to get additional items you listed above.

White undershirts. For under those dress shirts. Helps prevent pit stains and keeps you warmer when not wearing your suit jacket or blazer.
