Looking for a twitter interface that allows me to block tweets from certain applications (last.fm, getglue). If it showed @ replies to me even from people I do not follow and all @ replies from people I do follow (whether or not I follow the person they are tweeting at), even better.

I want a web interface. I am forced to use IE at times, and so a greasemonkey script is not ideal. I would be very happy if there were an Android app that did this as well.

TweetDeck has a webapp version for Chrome users and an Android version. You can use the streaming API to get @replies to anyone and you get a separate column for @mentions of your account.

Response by poster: Tweetdeck does not appear to work on Internet explorer, so as wonderful as it might be, it is not what I need.

I'm fiendishly devoted to HootSuite, which is awesome and free and has a really great Android app. It's laid out in columns--the default is one for your friends stream, one for @ replies (from anyone, friended or not), and one for DMs, I believe. To my knowledge, it can't block tweets from certain applications--I've yet to find an app that can.
