help me find my favorite shirt

who can tell me what brand my favorite tshirt is?
so i bought this tshirt from loehmann's last year, and i absolutely love it; it is starting to show. but i have no idea who makes it, and how i can ever buy a new one.
it has a long, skinny brown tag with no words on it (maybe it once had words, but they washed off?) a skinny end of the tag is secured to the inside shirt and the rest is unattached. (if that's still unclear, i can take a picture later, but i'm at work and wearing the shirt now.)
i tried googling the style # (09144), rn #(126368) and cut #(2420) found on the lower-left-side tag to no success.
it is 100% rayon and made in the USA.

I think a picture of the tag and shirt would help. Based on your description it reminds me of a brand I buy at Anthropologie a lot called Bailey 44.

Response by poster: it is basically a plain white tshirt with a little pocket on the upper left side, a little bit longer than your typical tshirt (hits below the butt, or used to before i shrunk it). here is a picture of the tag.
