FACEBOOK IS TOO STICKY

I've been sending Mobile Uploads to Facebook for way too long now. It works, it's cute, but now I would like all my pictures back. Is there a way to retrieve my directories of "Mobile Uploads" --- 100 pictures each -- WITHOUT clicking on each picture and one-by-one Right-Click-To-Save'ing each picture?

There are many vaporware solutions to this particular challenge --- getting your cameraphone photos OFF of Facebook in bulk --- but as far as I can tell, they are all as phony as Cialis ads from 'Canadian' pharmacies. Is my only solution really to Right-Click every single picture in the Facebook PHOTOS directory? That could take -- days!

Best answer: Account -> Account Settings -> Download Your Information

will download everything (more or less) of yours

This is a copy of all of the personal information you've shared on Facebook. In order to protect your information, we will ask for authentication to verify your identity.

So now it's asking me for Social Security Number, mother's maiden name, and other facts. Is that the only way to get my pictures back? I would REALLY rather that Facebook not know my Social Security number! Is that even legal?

Surely to confirm your id, it must only ask what it already knows?

You could try putting in a fake number. Then, if this is just a sneaky way of getting it, you won't be giving anything away, and if it's a real confirmation, then it will tell you you were wrong.

If you are using Firefox as your browser you could use FacePAD: Facebook Photo Album Downloader to download all the pictures with one click. After installation you would right click on the album name, and there will be an option to Download with FacePAD.
