Are NH lakes public beaches open to ALL?

Does anyone know if the "Public Beaches" at Lake Winnisquam and Opechee are actually public or are they only open to residents?

Would like to take a day trip tomorrow to the lakes region of NH. I prefer not to take in the public beach at Weirs. I grew up on Winnisquam but haven't been in years. There are two "Public" beaches on Winnisquam but are either of them open to ALL or only to town residents? Same for Opechee?

Any other alternatives in the area to Weirs?

I don't know about Winnisquam in particular, but here are some other choices -

New Hampshire State Beaches

I'm particularly fond of Wellington State Park, on Newfound Lake in Bristol. It's much nicer than Weirs - a very clean lake and a quieter scene.
