I don't know if it fits what you're looking for, but I think Paul Slocum's "You're Not My Father" is pretty brilliant--a scene from Full House, restaged over and over, layered into this sort of Philip Glass-y crescendo.

I'm pretty sure The Avalanches used a lot of movie, television, and music samples on their first album, Since I Left You.
