A few years ago I saw a music video with a female singer whose face had been blue screened into a animated scifi setting. The video was very cool despite its somewhat "Clutch Cargo" (or Johnny Chimpo if you prefer) vibe. Anybody have any idea what song it is?

How old is this video? The first thing that I think of is Sharkey's Day by Laurie Anderson, from 1984.

Could it be Cerrone's The Collector from 1985? The female singer's face is painted blue in some shots, it's animated sci-fi (80s-style--think Tron. Think Apollo Computer.) It was more than a few years ago, though. Like, 23 years ago.

Sadly, it isn't any of these, though I appreciate y'all taking the time to suggest some ideas. All I really remember about it was that it was 'pop' and had the singer's face blue-screened onto a scifi background. I remember very bright colors and whe was riding around in spaceships (or maybe aircars) while singing. The time frame was certainly not more than 10 years, and I think was more like 3-5 years ago.
