Looking for a random picture from the interwebs....

Does anybody know where I can find a full picture of the guy in this image? I don't remember much else about the image that would be helpful, only that he is standing facing the camera and I think he is wearing a black suit and tie. This picture is part of a running gag I had with an old friend and would love to find it again. Help me, Green!
