Track recipes online?

Does this website exist: track recipes (online/offline), add notes (including dates), maybe upload images, cooking stats, etc.?

Basically, we'd just like to keep track of what we cook. Other features are a bonus. Is there a website for this or another solution? (A personal blog might work, but they aren't well designed for searching.) Project Foodie seems like it has some of the features we're interested in, but it seems focused on online recipes.

I just do this in regular blog format. But offline, I use Master Cook, which seems to be among the most popular recipe-keeping software.

not sure this is what you want, but techcrunch just wrote about something called cookthink (it showed up a few articles below your question in my rss reader. love when that happens).
