What are the best resources for learning how to master the "time remapping" feature of After Effects (CS3)?

I know AE fairly well, but have never felt I was in full control of the time remapping feature. I've done Creative Cow a bit and hunted online, but am not too interested in separating the signal from the noise. So I'm looking for proven resources, whether it be books, online tutorial, videos, etc.

What specific issues or problems are you having with Time Remapping? I started to type out an lengthy in-depth "tutorial" on how to use it, but I abandoned it because I realize that I didn't want to assume just how much you did or did not understand about the TR function.

As far as video tutorials go, you cant beat the AE training series from Total Training. They pretty much set the standard for all After Effects (and creative/design software training in general) training products to follow. They now have online training, which you can sample for free, I believe. They have recently release CS3 specific AE training, but you may want to check out their AE7 training instead, as they go in depth into the TR tool (the CS3 training looks like simply "updates" to the exisiting AE7 training, so there's no redundancy between them)

I understand how it works, and I can use it for simple effects, I have a fairly advanced concept in mind and I'm just looking for some ways to get up to speed on advanced topics. I'll check out the total training, thanks.
