Who sells "Store Closing" signs and banners?

Does anyone know a good source for ready made "Store Closing" and related signs and banners, with quick delivery times?

I am helping a friend/client with closing one of his stores. I know there has to be several places that sell ready made banners for the windows and related banners for inside, such as "Clearance sale" etc. But my Googling doesn't give me much. Anyone have any suggestions? Extra points if they fit the impossible criteria of being good, cheap, and fast. Yes, all three. We need these by January 1.

Oh, and we already have a source that can make them locally to order. I just thought there might be some vast "Store Closing" supply warehouse somewhere. Or maybe they closed.
