Will a Playstation 3 bought in Singapore work in Brazil? By "work" I mean play the games in color and not black-and-white. Devices bought in the USA work because TVs in Brazil are all PAL-M/NTSC compatible, but not sure about Singapore's color system.

Singapore uses PAL according to various sites. So it looks like you'll be fine.

Upon a little more investigation, the Wikipedia PAL page says that All PAL systems interoperable except PAL-M (525/60). Brazil and Laos are the only countries that use PAL-M. So I guess you may want to wait for an answer from someone more qualified than myself.
