Name this electronica/dance song's artist

Please name the artist who made this mystery electronica/dance song. I pulled it off of ageispolis's fantastic MeFiSwap mix, but sadly, he only knows the name: "The Hand". I don't know if it's the mystery of it, but it's my favorite track among a lot of great tracks. And I want to hear more, but Googling is is essentially impossible since there are no lyrics. According to his liner notes, he ripped it from a friend's vinyl. (Link to downsampled MP3 inside.)

I apologize in advance for not being a 100% sure, but I'm fairly certain its The Hand, by The Hand. Really helpful huh?

fiTs, if you mean this The Hand, the sample here doesn't sound like the same song as Plutor's.
