I'm really sorry that I can't remember the title, but maybe this will help someone with better Google skills: I saw this short at the very first or second (or maybe both) Animation Celebration - so 1988 or 1989? Two of the other shorts that I believe were shown were "25 ways to quit smoking" by Bill Plympton, and "Balance."
